They include hyperactive behavior, diarrhea, hives, vomiting, asthma and bronchial problems, ear and nose infections, eye infections and darkness around the eyes, bloating, skin problems such as rashes and eczema.
So how do you cure milk allergy symptoms? The only cure is to stop drinking cow’s milk. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop there. There are so many foods that are on the shelves of our grocery stores that contain milk or casein products that you will have to be very careful about what you eat. Make sure you check out the labels on everything, read all the labels to familiarize yourself with the products that you cannot eat. You will soon learn what foods to avoid and which ones are safe for you to consume.
So, now that you have cured those bad milk allergy symptoms, how are you ever going to replace that much needed calcium? The obvious answer is to take calcium supplements. But there are also plenty of alternative foods which can offer to fulfill your daily calcium requirements. You can still drink soy milk, rice milk, or tofu which all contains good amounts of calcium. There is also calcium in cruciform vegetables, which are the green leafy types. Also eat as much dried fruits as you want. There is also plenty of calcium in almonds, baked beans, and most seafood. If you follow this advice your milk allergy symptoms should become a thing of the past.
